Naturelore is in the organic and natural product industry that markets nutritional supplements and personal care products.

Our site is SSL secured. Naturelore respects your privacy and all information collected and/or disclosed on this site will be kept strictly confidential. It will only be used to process your order and provide you with the best possible service.
Disclaimer
It is our mission to provide products that cause no harm to our customers or to the environment. We accept no responsibility for any adverse reaction that any of the products sold on our website may cause. The recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner and are not intended to take the place of medical attention. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is any doubt as to the use of our products.
Delivery
Subject to availability and receipt of payment all orders are dispatched within 3 days. Goods not in stock will be shipped within 7 working days, unless otherwise notified. Delivery is via Taxipost. A delivery delay once the package has left the warehouse is not grounds for the return or refund of a product.
Return and refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 7 working days. The product must be in its original sealed packaging, not opened, used or damaged, and carry the required postage. The product cost will be refunded.
To improve our services we would be glad to be informed of the reason for your dissatisfaction, with no obligation.
VAT - Taxes
Invoices are issued with the vat rate applicable in Belgium (6% or 21%).
Vat is not applicable under the following conditions:
- A private person or company outside the EU
- A company outside Belgium, but a member of the EU with a valid Vat no.
Payments
Payments are on-line and in Euro.
Paypal and major credit cards are accepted through Paypal checkout, you do NOT need to have a Paypal account.
Agreement of sale
An agreement of sale is only valid once payment has been made and proof of payment received by us.
